The doctor was very educational but was short staff and busy after I got educated because of current state of pregnancy then wanted to do X-rays after all the assistant just said was to late and was dismissed. Since already had the consultation and the cleaning I guess I could not go back for the X-rays. Felt dismissed and well frustrating but hygiene at and physician was awesome.Posted on Google

Two deep cleaning sessions and got some fillings done with Dr. Brown and he did a really good job and made me feel really comfortable during the whole process. Andy did a great job assisting Dr. Brown during the session, thank you Andy! Leslie also did a great job clearing everything up after and making sure I was prepared for upcoming visits and kept me informed on anything I needed to know. Rox Kat10 July 2026I found City Dental on Yelp when I needed a last-minute appointment after dealing with a toothache for four days. When I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The office is big, well organized, and there are always plenty of staff around to help. They even have snacks. My kids loved them. I’ve been there at least four times now, so I’ve had the chance to interact with a lot of different people. Dr. Brown, Dr. Mina, Yajaira, Amanda, Vanessa, Alan, Lupe, and everyone else I’ve met have all been kind, patient, and informative. They really make you feel comfortable, whether you’re scheduling an appointment, getting reminder calls, or actually sitting in the chair for a procedure. Today I was 15 minutes late, which I hate because I’m usually on time, but they couldn’t have been nicer about it. That kind of understanding really means a lot. On top of that, I even won Dodgers tickets through their monthly raffle! I joked with Yajaira that every time I come in, I leave with something good. whether it’s a pain-free mouth, a better bite, an adjustment to my partial, or now Dodgers tickets. More than anything, I’ve always felt like they genuinely appreciate their patients. They make you feel valued instead of just being another appointment on the schedule. Their customer service is outstanding, and they’ve definitely hit a home run.Posted on Google
